تحتفظ روزوا بحقها بقبول او رفض اي من الطلبات او اي جزء منها. عند وجود اي سعر غير صحيح تحتفظ روزوا بحقها بإلغاء الطلب او قبوله حتى لو تم تأكيد الطلب، وفي حال تم سحب المبلغ وألغي الطلب سوف تتكفل روزوا بإرجاع المبلغ الى حساب العميل.
طرق الدفع المقبولة
نقبل الدفع ببطاقات الفيزا٬ الماستر كارد، مدى، وأبل باي،
التسليم والشحن لطلبات ( المجوهرات ) داخل وخارج السعودية
الجداول الزمنية للتوصيل هي جداول تقديرية ونبذل قصارى جهدنا ليصل طلبكم بأقرب وقت ممكن، أوقات تنفيذ الطلبات خلال ايام الاسبوع من الاحد الى الخميس من الساعة (9 صباحاً – 8مساءاً). الطلبات التي تم تسجيلها خارج ساعات العمل وخلال اجازات الأعياد والمناسبات سيتم معالجتها في أيام العمل التالية،
الطلبات الداخلية
يتم توصيل الطلبات من عشره أيام الى 3 اسابيع. يتم فرض رسوم توصيل للطلبات داخل الرياض بقيمة 40 والشحن داخل المملكة بقيمة 60 ريالاً سعودياً.
الطلبات الخارجية
بعد شحن الطلب عن طريق روزوا، سيتم استلامه خلال 30 يوم للطلبات خارج المملكة العربية السعودية. يتم فرض رسوم توصيل بقيمة 200 ريال للطلبات الخارجية.
ROZWA reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order, or any portion thereof. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price, ROZWA has the right to refuse or cancel orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price, regardless of whether the order has been confirmed or your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged .for the purchase and your order is canceled, ROZWA will issue a refund to your credit card account
ACCEPTED FORMS OF PAYMENT
ROZWA accepts each of the following forms of payment for online purchases: Visa, Mada payment cards, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Direct Bank Transfer. Note, your billing address, phone number, and email must match the information on your credit card statement. Full payment is due before any order is processed and produced.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING – DOMESTIC AND INTERNATIONAL
Orders are processed from Sunday through Thursday. All orders placed outside of the designated window will be processed the following business day.
Domestic
ROZWA orders may take from 10 days to 3 weeks depending on the availability in stock.
International
.After the merchandise is shipped by ROZWA, packages are received within 30 business days
.For international orders, ROZWA charges a flat rate fee of SAR200 for shipping
