الضمان (قسم المجوهرات فقط)
نحن نفخر بكون مجوهرات روزوا وخدماتها يتم تنفيذها على اعلى مستويات الجودة والحرفية.
لهذا السبب نقدم لك ضمانا مجانيا لمدة ستة أشهر من تاريخ الشراء على جميع القطع المصنوعة من ذهب عيار 18 وألماس وأحجار ثمينة.
يغطي هذا الضمان العيوب في التصنيع ومواد التصنيع خلال فترة مدتها ستة أشهر من تاريخ الشراء ولا يغطي ضمان مجوهرات روزوا في حال تلف القطعة بسبب سوء الاستخدام.
استثناءات الضمان
لا يغطي ضمان مجوهرات روزوا الحالات التالية :
1-المجوهرات المتضررة نتيجة سوء الاستخدام او الاهمال، على سبيل المثال: ضياع الحجر نتيجة سوء الاستخدام او اهتراء او تحطم حامل الالماس او الحجر نتيجة سوء الاستعمال.
2- عند انتهاء الضمان او عدم وجود بطاقة الضمان.
ننفذ كل أنواع الإصلاحات بمبلغ محدد بعد فحص القطعة.
للتوضيح:
الكتابات الوصفية والصوروالاسعار قد يكون فيها أخطاء وهي قابلة للتصحيح وليست نهائية. قد تكون صور المجوهرات عبر الموقع أكبر حجمًا لعرض تفاصيل تهم العميل وقد يتم تعديل الصور والألوان. كما قد تختلف عن اللون والحجم الفعلي للقطعة بسبب التصوير. إن جميع الأوزان هي تقريبية.
هل تشمل قطع مجوهرات روزوا على ضمان؟
تتكفل مجوهرات روزوا بإصلاح القطع الخاصة بها ضمن سياسة الضمان ويغطي هذا الضمان العيوب في التصنيع والمواد خلال فترة مدتها ستة اشهر من تاريخ الشراء، الرجاء المحافظة على الفاتورة او اعطائها لمستلم الهدية.
هل يلغي الضمان مجوهرات روزوا الضائعة او المسروقة؟
روزوا غير مسؤولة عن سرقة المجوهرات او ضياعها ولا يشمل الضمان.
ما الذي يتوجب علي فعله عند تلف مجوهرات روزوا الخاصة بي ؟
نرجو منك التواصل معنا وارسال صورة للقطعة ورقم الطلب وبعد مراجعتها سيتم الرد بالتوجيه اللازم. بعدها يتم ارسال القطعة لفحصها، وسوف نبقيكم على اطلاع على كل خطوة يمر بها الفحص وما يترتب على ذالك من التبديل او الترجيع او الاصلاح.
هل يمكن اصلاح مجوهرات روزوا؟
هذا يعتمد على العمل المطلوب ويتم تقيمه من قبل المختصين واعلامكم بالنتيجة، كما يتوجب دفع الرسوم الخاصة بإصلاح القطعة قبل الاستلام، وفي بعض الحالات قد يكون غير ممكن إصلاح القطعة.

ROZWA Jewelry provides a warranty on all Jewelry pieces that they are 18karat gold and diamonds. This warranty covers manufacturers defects in material within six months and customer paying for any normal repairs required due to wear, damage, or abuse.
WARRANTY EXCEPTIONS & EXCLUSIONS :
ROZWA Warranty does NOT cover the following items:
Any damage to your jewelry purchase due to negligence or abuse. (For Example: If a stone is lost due to bent, damaged, or worn-out prongs is not responsible for the replacement of the stone or the re-tipping of the prongs. If the jewelry was neglected and abused and the warranty becomes void.) However, we do offer all kind of repairs with an amount determined after inspecting the piece.
For clarification:
Typographic, photographic, and/or descriptive errors are subject to correction. All diamond weights are approximate. All pictures on the website may be enlarged to show fine detail also it may differ from the actual color and size of the piece. We reserve the right to limit quantities or opt out of sales transactions.
REPAIRS
?Does my ROZWA jewelry have a warranty / guarantee
ROZWA will repair or replace manufacturing faults free of charge up to one week of date of purchase for gold jewelry.. Please retain your receipt or pass it on to the gift recipient, as the original proof of purchase is the warranty.
?What do I do if my ROZWA jewelry is lost or stolen
The warranty does not entitle you to replacements or refunds for lost or stolen items.
?My ROZWA jewelry is damaged. What should I do
We politely ask you that faulty or damaged items are returned to a ROZWA warehouse to be sent to our Repairs and Services Department for assessment. We will keep you up to date with the progress of your repair/replacement
?Can my ROZWA be repaired
This depends on the work required and will be evaluated on assessment.
We offer a repairs service, charges must be paid before delivery.
In some circumstances it may not be possible to repair the damage caused.
